What does the $10 or $15 cover?
In Many, the service fee is $10. In Toledo Town, Florien, Negreet, Zwolle, and Robeline, it is $15. That includes personal shopping up to 30 items, or up to 2 errands. Each additional trip is $5. The store receipt is extra, and she confirms the total before she starts.
What if my list is longer than 30 items?
Send it anyway. She will tell you the price for the extra shopping before she goes. Nothing starts until you agree.
When do I pay for the things she buys?
Before she shops. Groceries, coffee, and retail she purchases are prepaid. That money is the store's, not her fee. If you already paid the store, she is just picking it up.
How can I pay?
Cash App $ItsKimmy318 or Venmo @kimmysconciergeanddelivery. No cash, and no Tap to Pay. This website does not take or store card numbers. Tips are appreciated. A tip is a thank-you, not part of the $10 or $15.
How is this different from ordering on Walmart?
An order in the Walmart app is Walmart's delivery. The store shops it or stages the pickup, and a Spark driver drops it off. You do not choose the driver. Kimmy still drives Spark sometimes. That trip belongs to Walmart. Ordering with Kimmy is a different job. You are hiring her. She shops the list herself, texts you if something is out, and she is not limited to Walmart. Her fee is $10 in Many or $15 in the outer towns. The store receipt is extra.
Do you take tips?
Tips are appreciated and never required. The $10 or $15 already covers the trip. A tip is extra thanks, paid the same way as the fee: Cash App or Venmo.
How do I order?
Text your list, message her on Facebook, send a screenshot, send a photo of a handwritten list, or send the restaurant or pickup order. You can also use the order form on this site. She confirms the details and the price, then handles the rest.
What are the hours?
Monday through Saturday, subject to availability. Sunday is closed. Same-day service happens when the schedule allows. A text does not mean she is already in the car. She will confirm.
Do you deliver the same day?
Yes, when she can. Same-day is not a promise until she says so. The sooner you send the list, the better the odds.
Where do you go?
Many is $10. Toledo Town, Florien, Negreet, Zwolle, and Robeline are $15. Other nearby spots are possible. Text the town first so she can say yes and name the price.
Can you pick up from Troy's Butcher Shop?
Yes. Order with Troy's on their website or by calling the shop, then tell Kimmy you need it delivered, or send her a copy of the order. She picks it up in Many and brings it to you.
Can you pick up a prescription?
Yes, pickup only, if the pharmacy already has it ready in your name. She does not fill prescriptions or give medical advice. Follow that pharmacy's ID rule.
Will I get a login to track my order?
Yes. Sign in on this site and you will see your own orders: pending, shopping, picked up, or delivered. There is no live GPS map. Kimmy still texts you.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Call or text as soon as you know. Once shopping has started, store purchases that were already made still have to be settled. She will tell you where things stand.
